Senior Salesforce Ops Specialist – FREELANCE (H/F/X)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential communications and media consulting organization in their search for a Senior Salesforce Operations Specialist on a freelance basis in Paris. Our client operates internationally across multiple markets and requires an experienced Salesforce professional to audit, optimize, and evolve their CRM environment.

This is a freelance engagement offering the opportunity to work with a sophisticated Salesforce implementation supporting complex business processes across media, advertising, and client management operations.

Responsibilities

You will lead a comprehensive Salesforce operations improvement initiative:

• Conduct full Salesforce environment audits covering architecture, configuration, automations, data quality, security, reporting, and user adoption
• Identify technical and functional issues, risks, friction points, and improvement opportunities; formulate actionable recommendations and quick wins
• Evaluate CRM alignment with business processes and operational requirements across multiple teams
• Audit data quality, consistency, and reliability within Salesforce; assess existing dashboards, reports, and KPIs against business intelligence needs
• Gather and document requirements from users and business stakeholders; identify process optimization opportunities
• Prioritize platform evolutions based on business value and implementation complexity; scope improvements and lead functional acceptance testing
• Serve as primary Salesforce liaison between business teams, IT, and the external Salesforce implementation partner
• Coordinate and manage evolution requests with the Salesforce consultancy; challenge proposed solutions and recommendations
• Oversee development tracking, testing, and production releases; ensure consistency with business needs, architecture, and IT constraints
• Build short, medium, and long-term Salesforce roadmap; prioritize initiatives and provide strategic counsel to maximize platform value

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience auditing, optimizing, and evolving Salesforce implementations
• Hybrid functional and technical profile with deep Salesforce platform knowledge
• Strong understanding of business processes, data management, and operational workflows
• Proven ability to challenge existing systems and propose value-driven improvements
• High degree of autonomy with demonstrated capability to structure strategic roadmaps
• Experience coordinating between IT teams and external Salesforce consulting firms
• Track record managing platform evolutions, developments, and user acceptance testing
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences
• Fluency in French required for this Paris-based role
