Senior Recruitment Consultant – HR

Talent Chief seeks an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Brighton, East Sussex, focused on HR sector recruitment. This is a full-time position offering competitive remuneration and the opportunity to place top-tier HR talent with ambitious client organisations.

About This Position

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant with Talent Chief in Brighton, you'll lead recruitment initiatives across the HR sector. Your role will focus on identifying and placing highly skilled HR professionals who make a real impact for the organisations you serve. You'll be central to building your clients' high-performing teams whilst establishing yourself as a trusted recruitment partner. This position offers a salary of £35,000–£40,000 basic, with on-target earnings of up to £60,000 in your first year.

Core Duties

• Execute full-cycle recruitment campaigns for HR vacancies, from client briefing to successful placement
• Build and expand your candidate network within the HR sector
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to identify the best talent-fit for each brief
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide strategic recruitment guidance
• Meet recruitment targets whilst ensuring placement quality and regulatory compliance
• Share market knowledge and recruitment trends with clients

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in recruitment, HR staffing, or talent acquisition
• Proven ability to close placements and exceed recruitment targets
• Strong knowledge of HR sector roles, responsibilities, and market conditions
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities
• Professional, client-focused approach to candidate and employer management
• Comfortable working to targets in a dynamic, results-driven environment
