Senior Product Manager

As Senior Product Manager, you'll develop product strategy and manage roadmaps with substantial autonomy, tackling complex challenges and rallying cross-functional teams around shared vision. You'll harness AI-powered tools to validate concepts, accelerate decision-making, and deliver next-generation e-commerce solutions for the world's largest retailers and brands. This role involves up to 10% travel as needed.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and own product strategy and long-term vision using AI-first approaches to accelerate discovery and delivery
• Synthesize customer interviews, support data, and survey feedback using AI tools to identify strategic opportunities
• Direct roadmap prioritization through independent decisions on scope, sequencing, and trade-offs informed by AI-assisted analysis
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and align customer needs with business objectives
• Prototype and validate concepts using AI tools (user flows, wireframes, mockups) to de-risk engineering investment
• Lead end-to-end product development from specifications through launch and customer adoption
• Accelerate product documentation using AI assistance while maintaining quality and clarity
• Monitor development progress, report to stakeholders, and oversee testing and release management
• Champion customer needs, triage requests with urgency, and build trusted stakeholder relationships
• Direct designers and engineers toward fast delivery with rigorous validation and quality standards
• Build organizational alignment on product strategy across competing priorities
• Apply AI-assisted data analysis to enable evidence-based product decisions

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management in SaaS, focused on complex enterprise products in e-commerce or marketplace platforms
• Experience managing AI-powered products, AI workflows, or data and insights platforms
• Demonstrated mastery of the full product lifecycle, including measurement and quantifying feature impact
• Track record driving strategy and execution for integrated, multi-platform software ecosystems
• Proven team collaboration focused on alignment and cross-functional support
• Experience using AI to synthesize qualitative research into themes and prioritization inputs
• Experience prototyping product concepts via AI tools to validate ideas before engineering
• Demonstrated use of AI to accelerate documentation while maintaining quality
• Comfort with AI-assisted data exploration and analysis supporting evidence-based decisions
• Strong vendor and cross-functional communication skills
• Ability to present product strategy and impact to stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Analytics-oriented with proficiency in product analytics tools and data-driven decision-making
• Experience engaging with large enterprise customers in commerce sectors
• Growth-oriented mindset with strong bias toward action
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to tailor messaging
• Skill explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments managing multiple projects
