Senior Marketing Manager, EMEA

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential mobile gaming client in their search for a Senior Marketing Manager to drive regional marketing campaigns across EMEA. This is a remote role based in Berlin, working with a globally distributed team to execute high-impact marketing initiatives across digital, social, influencer, and partnership channels.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, activations, and initiatives across EMEA markets
• Translate regional marketing strategy into concrete, high-quality go-to-market plans
• Lead delivery of campaigns across digital, social, influencer, and partnership channels
• Manage timelines, budgets, and project scopes to ensure on-time, high-quality campaign delivery
• Partner with local agencies, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
• Coordinate with creators, agencies, and partners to deliver integrated campaigns
• Oversee production across events, activations, and non-owned channels, ensuring consistency and quality
• Track campaign performance and share insights with stakeholders
• Continuously improve execution quality by capturing learnings and recommending process enhancements

What We're Looking For

Required Experience and Skills:

• Strong experience executing marketing campaigns in EMEA, particularly in DACH markets, France, and the UK
• Background in gaming, entertainment, or consumer brands preferred
• Deep understanding of DACH media landscape, culture, and consumer behavior
• Hands-on experience with digital and social marketing, including influencer and creator collaborations
• Familiarity with broader media channels such as TV, CTV, audio, and out-of-home
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, timelines, and budgets
• Experience working with international teams across multiple time zones
• Clear, concise communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, adaptable mindset with comfort in fast-moving environments

Nice to Have:

• Experience with live games or live service products
• Strong interest in mobile and competitive gaming
• Track record executing campaigns across multiple EMEA markets

Location and Work Arrangement:

• Remote role based in Berlin, Germany
• Regular travel to Helsinki expected, with occasional international travel
• Collaboration with teams across Europe and global partners
