About the Role
Truvani creates daily-use wellness products made with clean, simple ingredients that people actually want to use. As our Senior Marketing Designer, you'll be the creative force behind our digital presence, collaborating with marketing, product, and leadership teams to deliver compelling visual narratives that drive engagement, brand awareness, and sales in the competitive health and wellness market.
What You'll Do
- Design and art direct digital marketing assets for eCommerce platforms, email campaigns, social media channels, and paid digital advertising
- Establish and maintain cohesive brand visual identity across all customer touchpoints and marketing channels
- Lead creative direction for product photography, packaging design concepts, promotional campaigns, and seasonal initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing leadership on campaign strategy, content calendars, and go-to-market planning
- Design user experience improvements for website conversion optimization and landing pages
- Oversee design project timelines, quality standards, and team collaboration with contractors or junior designers as needed
- Research and implement eCommerce design trends, CPG branding standards, and digital marketing best practices
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional design experience with a strong track record in digital marketing or eCommerce design
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in CPG, retail, wellness, or beauty brand design
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent professional design tools
- Deep understanding of eCommerce user experience and conversion-focused design principles
- Strategic creative skills with meticulous attention to brand consistency and visual hierarchy
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects, and meet deadlines in a remote environment
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Familiarity with sustainability or health and wellness brand positioning a plus
