Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy to join their London office. This is a high-impact role with significant exposure to senior leadership, operating at the intersection of commercial strategy, product development, and finance. You'll drive the end-to-end execution of global pricing frameworks while maintaining full project ownership from inception to completion.

The position offers a hybrid working arrangement with three days per week in the office, supporting both collaboration and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, refinement, and governance of product pricing frameworks across multiple product verticals
• Drive alignment between commercial, product, and finance teams as the primary lead for establishing pricing and discounting structures
• Manage pricing competitor intelligence alongside internal and external providers, ensuring frameworks are continuously optimized with data-driven recommendations
• Develop scalable internal frameworks and playbooks to accelerate speed-to-market and maintain operational efficiency during global expansions
• Implement advanced tools and robust processes—leveraging AI where applicable—to ensure agility and rigorous governance in product rollouts
• Serve as deputy for the Senior Director, Pricing Strategy in their absence
• Secure sign-off for new pricing structures and customer repricing initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial experience in the payments industry within a fast-paced B2B environment
• Strong track record of designing profitable pricing models
• Direct experience successfully designing, drafting, and launching complex global pricing strategies and structural frameworks
• Exceptional project management skills, comfortable managing large-scale, multi-departmental initiatives under tight timelines
• Ability to clearly communicate complex pricing models, strategies, and governance standards to stakeholders at all leadership levels
• Highly autonomous with a builder's mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and energized by shaping rapidly scaling global operations
• Based in or able to relocate to London
