Senior Manager, New Business DACH & Benelux

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential communications technology client seeking a Senior Manager to lead their New Business team across the DACH and Benelux regions. In this remote role, you will:

• Build and manage a high-performing team of account executives focused on acquiring new enterprise customers and driving new logo growth
• Coach and lead your team to identify and execute targeted outbound prospecting strategies across a comprehensive product portfolio
• Enable and coach team members on engaging with customers across various levels of maturity and segmentation
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Professional Services, and Partner teams to build robust pipeline and accelerate time-to-value for new prospects
• Forecast team performance and present strategic guidance to senior management
• Manage a remote team distributed across multiple countries within the region

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of managerial experience within a high-performing CPaaS, communications, or API-based company
• Proven experience building teams, driving pipeline creation, managing monthly forecasting, supporting fiscal planning, and tracking revenue for new business accounts
• Experience managing remote teams spread across different countries
• Consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets and business objectives
• Industry experience in selling CPaaS or SaaS solutions and managing complex sales negotiations
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach with innovative thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• Self-starter mentality with ability to work with minimal supervision to drive results
• Comfort with ambiguity and cross-functional collaboration in high-growth business environments
• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• Energy and enthusiasm with willingness to travel approximately 25%
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence
• Ability to influence and build effective working relationships at all organizational levels

Location: Remote, based in UK, Ireland, or Spain
