Produktmanager Managed Services – Cloud & Infrastructure (m/w/d) – Remote

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential IT services organization in their search for a Product Manager specializing in Managed Services with a focus on Cloud & Infrastructure. In this remote role, you will be responsible for the strategic development and lifecycle management of the client's managed service portfolio.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Leading the evolution and lifecycle management of the cloud and infrastructure service portfolio, evaluating new service concepts based on customer value, market potential, delivery capability, and profitability
• Developing, calculating, and optimizing market-ready managed services, including service descriptions and sales-relevant documentation
• Supporting sales and marketing teams in service positioning, go-to-market activities, and preparation of customer proposals
• Coordinating closely with delivery teams, sales, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful service deployment
• Analyzing market, technology, and competitive trends to identify new opportunities and drive portfolio development

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between technology, operations, and business. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in developing and managing managed services or IT service offerings, ideally in product, solution, or service management roles
• The ability to translate technical requirements into customer-oriented, economically viable, and sales-ready service offerings
• Experience with service calculations and a solid understanding of pricing strategies and profitability analysis
• Strong technical foundation in IT infrastructure and technologies within cloud, data center, and infrastructure domains
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives successfully across departments
• German language proficiency required for this position
