Senior Global HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential international manufacturing organization at the forefront of global energy infrastructure. Our client is seeking a Senior Global HR Business Partner to join their team in Regensburg, Bayern, Germany.

This is a strategic role working across multiple international business units, driving HR transformation initiatives and supporting organizational effectiveness on a global scale. You'll partner with leadership teams across Europe, Asia, and North America while coordinating with regional HR functions to deliver consistent, high-impact HR solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR consulting and support to international business units and local HR organizations across the global enterprise
• Lead and implement group-wide HR projects and transformation initiatives in organizational development, talent management, performance management, and compensation & benefits
• Develop, harmonize, and implement global HR strategies, standards, processes, and guidelines aligned with corporate objectives
• Manage international organizational change management projects and support integration and growth initiatives
• Analyze global HR metrics and develop sustainable measures to increase employee retention, organizational effectiveness, and talent development
• Coordinate collaboration with regional HR teams and corporate functions to ensure consistent global HR delivery

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Law, Psychology, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or comparable strategic HR role in an international environment
• Extensive experience leading and implementing global HR projects and transformation initiatives
• Strong understanding of international HR processes and proven ability to collaborate across diverse cultures and stakeholder groups
• Demonstrated experience advising leadership teams and partnering with regional HR functions and corporate departments
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach
• High-level communication, consulting, and project management capabilities with proven change management expertise
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills required
