Werkstudent Growth Associate (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential clean-tech organization based in Berlin that is scaling rapidly in the energy transition space. As a Growth Associate working student, you will collaborate directly with leadership on strategic and operational initiatives across product, business development, and marketing.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading growth projects independently—building new sales channels, initiating partnerships, establishing processes, and refining commercial offerings
• Analyzing growth levers across the funnel, product, and sales operations; developing hypotheses and testing them with data
• Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and evaluating partnership opportunities to support decision-making
• Supporting cross-functional needs as they arise—preparing partner discussions, designing landing page concepts, or building operational workflows
• Contributing your own ideas and seeing them through to implementation

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a currently enrolled student (Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related field) with approximately 20 hours per week available.

Must-have qualifications:

• Initial professional experience through internships, personal projects, student organizations, or part-time roles
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to quickly understand priorities and focus on impact
• Analytical thinking and enthusiasm for hypothesis-driven testing with data
• High initiative and hands-on approach—you proactively identify and tackle challenges rather than waiting for assignments
• Structured, independent working style suited to remote collaboration
• Excellent written and spoken German

Nice to have: Interest in energy, heat pump, or climate control technologies
