Product Manager | Intch

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential client in the professional networking space. This is a full ownership role for an experienced Product Manager who will lead the consumer-facing product vertical end to end, including its P&L. You will report directly to the founder and take ownership of a product already serving users in over 140 countries.

• Set product direction and own the 3–6 month roadmap across strategy, experimentation, and delivery
• Drive growth through hypothesis-driven experiments with measurable improvements in acquisition, activation, and retention
• Own product metrics and use data to guide decisions and prioritisation
• Conduct customer development interviews and build deep understanding of user behaviour across a global, multilingual audience
• Partner with other product teams to ensure your vertical serves as the connective layer across the broader product ecosystem
• Take full accountability for the P&L of your product area

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a strong B2C growth track record
• Proven experience scaling a product that already has strong product–market fit
• Demonstrated success improving key metrics including growth, acquisition, activation, and retention through measurable experiments
• Strong product sense and hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving
• Comfort working with data and translating insights into action
• Experience in a startup or fast-moving, high-ownership environment
• High autonomy and accountability; comfortable working without micromanagement
• Fluent Russian language skills required
