Senior Manager, National Accounts

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the home services marketplace sector for a Senior Manager, National Accounts role. This is a remote position based in the USA, with preference for candidates in Eastern and Central time zones.

Our client is seeking a strategic leader to shape partnership growth initiatives with manufacturers, distributors, associations, networks, and franchises. You'll drive data-informed strategy, build frameworks, and lead cross-functional projects that directly impact business growth.

Responsibilities

• Independently steward key strategic initiatives from concept and business case through execution and success measurement, leveraging AI tools to accelerate research, modeling, and synthesis
• Lead quantitative and qualitative research efforts into financial and operational drivers, informing decision-making alongside cross-functional stakeholders
• Provide regular updates on project progress with measurable outcomes to senior leadership
• Develop clear presentations summarizing findings and recommendations, using AI tools to structure and refine communication
• Develop and manage relationships with third-party business partners
• Design and program manage joint partnership initiatives including integrations and go-to-market strategies
• Build playbooks for sales and account management teams to improve partnership effectiveness and economics
• Provide strategic thought partnership to National Accounts Sales teams and cross-functional partners
• Program manage large strategic changes spanning multiple months and teams, building cross-functional buy-in and collaboration

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• 4-8 years of professional experience in consulting, finance, strategy, business development, or operations
• Strong analytical and execution background with demonstrated experience gathering data from various sources and driving strategic insights
• Proficiency with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) to streamline research, writing, and analysis
• Self-starter with bias for action who can manage and execute projects to completion
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in modeling; basic SQL is a plus
• First-class communication skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations
• Ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution
• Comfortable thriving in ambiguous environments
• Team player who collaborates and influences effectively across functions

• Management consulting experience at a top firm
• Startup experience
• Strong interest in home services, marketplaces, and product-driven organizations

Pay

Our client offers a competitive compensation package including a salary range of $110,000 - $165,000 based on experience and performance, year-end performance bonus, equity package, full medical/dental/vision benefits, flexible vacation policy, retirement plan with company match, and additional perks.
