About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential global talent platform in their search for a Client Advisor to join their SMB sales team. This is a high-velocity, consultative sales role focused on converting inbound inquiries from small and medium-sized businesses. You will be the first point of contact, running discovery calls, diagnosing business needs, and guiding prospects through the full sales cycle while coordinating with technical specialists and cross-functional teams.
This is a remote position serving LATAM and Canada. We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance. All applications and communication must be submitted in English.
Responsibilities
- Discovery and Diagnosis: Run high-energy, open-ended discovery on every inbound conversation. Quickly establish rapport, understand what prompted the inquiry, and uncover the business objective behind the stated request. Build sales momentum and earn the right to recommend before making recommendations.
- Qualify, Manage, and Win the Opportunity: Identify what is driving the need, assess opportunity viability, determine key metrics and decision-makers, explain how the relevant solution fits, address concerns, and ask for commitment. Manage deal cycles from discovery through close and maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in the CRM.
- Own Progress After the Call: Brief specialists clearly on client needs, prepare them for subsequent conversations, stay close as technical questions are resolved, and keep clients engaged through the next decision. Maintain clear next steps, timing, and blockers for each active opportunity while responding to new inbound requests.
- Portfolio Selling: Understand the client's broader growth plans including global hiring, EOR and payroll needs, marketing and sales growth, financial and technology challenges. Position our client as a strategic partner rather than a single-transaction vendor.
- Client Experience: Execute a client-centric approach across every interaction during pre-defined working hours. Run rapid research on clients before outreach, ask focused questions to fill gaps, and stay current on industry trends and the competitive landscape to bring a point of view to conversations.
- Collaboration: Work with your team and cross-functional partners including matching, delivery, and specialist teams to respond promptly to high-volume inbound inquiries and bring the right expertise into deals at the right moment. Communicate clearly over video calls and team messaging platforms.
- Growth and Development: Review your own calls, seek and act on feedback, and contribute what you learn back to the team.
What We're Looking For

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Full availability during your working hours to take client calls
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment, managing a high volume of clients alongside competing deadlines

Core Competencies:

- Business acumen: You can hold credible conversations with founders or business owners about growth, hiring, cost, and risk
- Point of view: You bring insight to conversations and are willing to respectfully reframe a client's thinking when appropriate
- Client-centricity: You uncover and resolve client issues through value-based selling
- Will to win: You are naturally competitive and looking to exceed quota
