Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential creative communications agency in Mainz, and we're seeking a talented (Senior) Conceptual Strategist to join their team.
In this role, you will:
- Develop intelligent communication strategies, precise positioning, and compelling narratives for B2B companies and brands
- Analyze brands, businesses, target audiences, and trends to create clear, distinctive concepts for corporate and sustainability communications
- Lead cross-channel projects from strategic ideation through execution
- Facilitate client workshops, provide critical input, and serve as a valuable sparring partner in pitches and presentations
- Create presentations that combine strategic clarity with creative excellence
What We're Looking For
- Several years of professional experience in conceptual strategy, ideally within a creative, communications, or marketing agency environment
- Structured working style with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, concise messaging
- Goal-oriented thinking with the ability to develop sound strategic foundations that lead to creative ideas and strong concepts
- Team player mentality with enthusiasm for creative collaboration across disciplines
- Passion for storytelling paired with excellent language skills and writing proficiency in German
- Strategic use of AI and other tools, staying current with emerging developments
- Strong understanding of B2B and corporate communications, cross-channel mechanics, target audiences, and communication channels
