You'll manage the complete loan lifecycle, from initial consultation through closing and beyond, leveraging deep knowledge of residential mortgage products to recommend solutions tailored to each borrower's circumstances. Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers through loan product options and help them select mortgages aligned with their financial goals and situations
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and financial reviews to recommend appropriate lending solutions
• Manage all stages of the mortgage application and approval process while maintaining clear customer communication
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, serving as the primary contact for questions and concerns throughout the loan term
• Educate borrowers about loan terms, rates, timelines, and closing processes to ensure informed decision-making
• Collaborate with underwriting, processing, and closing teams to facilitate smooth loan completion
• Stay current with lending products, market conditions, and regulatory requirements in the mortgage industry

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience in home lending, mortgage sales, or residential finance advisory
