JPMorgan Chase is hiring a Senior Home Lending Advisor to join our Chase Home Lending team in Wheat Ridge, Jefferson County. In this full-time role, you'll guide homebuyers and refinancing customers through their lending journey, offering expert guidance on mortgage products and solutions tailored to their financial goals.

About the Role

As a Senior Home Lending Advisor at JPMorgan Chase, you'll serve as the trusted point of contact for customers navigating the home lending process. This is a consultative position that combines deep product knowledge with relationship management, helping clients make informed decisions about mortgages and home financing options.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the loan origination and approval process
• Assess customer financial situations and recommend appropriate mortgage products and programs
• Explain loan terms, rates, fees, and documentation requirements clearly and accurately
• Coordinate with loan processors, underwriters, and other team members to ensure smooth transactions
• Stay current with Chase Home Lending products, market conditions, and regulatory requirements
• Help customers understand their financing options, including conventional, government-backed, and specialty loan programs
• Process applications and guide customers through closing and funding processes

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a home lending advisor, mortgage loan officer, or similar role in residential lending
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting standards, and lending regulations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to diverse customers
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in loan documentation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Valid state mortgage license or ability to obtain one required
