About the Role

As an Associate Banker, you'll be the face of Chase in our Highland community branch. You'll greet clients with genuine hospitality, guide them through banking solutions, and help them achieve their financial goals. This part-time position offers flexible 20-hour weekly scheduling, ideal for those balancing school, another job, or other commitments while gaining professional banking experience.

What You'll Do

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, creating positive first impressions
• Open new accounts, process deposits and withdrawals, and handle routine banking transactions
• Answer client questions about Chase products including checking, savings, loans, and credit cards
• Identify client needs and connect them with appropriate banking services
• Maintain accurate records and follow all compliance and regulatory requirements
• Support branch operations and contribute to a clean, organized workspace
• Represent Chase values of integrity, diversity, and inclusion in every interaction

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and natural ability to connect with people
