Senior Growth Product Manager (Activation & Funnel Innovation) Remote

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential EdTech organization that provides online learning services to a global customer base. Our talent team is seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to lead activation, funnel optimization, and new product experiences. This is a fully remote position.

In this role, you will own the critical window from initial customer sign-up through trial experience to first purchase. You'll act as a "Growth CEO" – prototyping entirely new approaches to deliver value faster, eliminate friction, and drive conversion at scale across diverse international markets.

Responsibilities

• Prototype, test, and implement new funnel approaches that shorten time-to-value and eliminate friction from lead to purchase
• Translate performance data to identify funnel leaks and convert insights into high-impact product features
• Design and test trial experiences that consistently deliver "Aha moments" and drive significant conversion lift
• Own the conversion engine from sign-up through trial completion, optimizing every touchpoint
• Drive revenue by matching users with optimal subscription tiers and value propositions, maximizing ARPU and LTV through strategic upsell opportunities
• Partner with Marketing, CRM, and Operations teams to align acquisition strategies with highest-converting customer journeys
• Manage the Agile process with engineering to ensure prototypes are delivered and scaled with technical excellence

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with heavy focus on Growth, Activation, and CRO
• Proven track record of successful product design with strong commercial intuition
• Elite skills in performance tracking and product analytics – you manipulate and present data to prove prototypes work, not guess
• Experience managing international consumer products and adapting funnels for diverse global markets
• Demonstrated ability to manage Agile processes with engineering teams
• Thrives in 100% remote, distributed team environments
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA and Slack
• Excellent spoken and written English
