Senior Growth Lead

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Senior Growth Lead to join their remote team. This is a hands-on, senior role where you will own the growth infrastructure that converts traffic into paying customers across self-serve products. Our client operates with a lean, AI-enabled marketing team, which means senior professionals both lead strategy and execute directly.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the complete self-serve growth funnel, from initial website visit through trial, activation, and conversion to paid customer
• Build and ship landing pages, conversion journeys, and website updates directly using modern CMS, component libraries, and AI-assisted workflows
• Manage website architecture and page production, extending the component library to enable rapid page launches
• Analyze funnel performance using behavioral data and analytics to identify high-impact optimization opportunities
• Design and continuously improve lifecycle journeys including onboarding, activation, retention, and upgrade sequences
• Implement and optimize email and behavioral trigger campaigns focused on commercial outcomes
• Maintain technical foundations supporting growth activities, including technical SEO, tracking infrastructure, and campaign instrumentation
• Run continuous experimentation and A/B testing programs to improve conversion rates across all touchpoints
• Collaborate closely with Product, Brand, Revenue Operations, Engineering, and Finance teams
• May manage a small number of direct reports or external specialists depending on experience

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in Growth, Product-Led Growth, Performance Marketing, Web, or related roles within SaaS, e-commerce, or digital businesses
• Proven hands-on ability to build and launch landing pages independently without daily reliance on designers or developers
• Experience with modern CMS platforms, component-based page systems, and no-code or low-code tools
• Demonstrated track record in conversion rate optimization and improving self-serve funnel performance
• Real product-led growth experience, particularly in trial-to-paid conversion, activation, and onboarding optimization
• Strong analytics fluency with ability to independently diagnose funnel issues and prioritize by commercial impact
• Experience building behavioral trigger-based lifecycle journeys rather than campaign-only email sends
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate execution, testing, and analysis
• Strong commercial literacy including understanding of CAC, conversion rates, payback periods, retention metrics, and unit economics
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments where senior people execute as well as strategize
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
• Technical confidence to work independently and ship changes using templates, components, and automation
