Senior Full-Stack Developer (m/w/d) for Get A Job.ai

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential self-storage organization operating across Europe. They are building a modern, data-driven digital platform to support their next phase of growth.

As Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will work directly with product and business leadership, taking end-to-end ownership of key platform initiatives. Your responsibilities include:

• Building and extending platform features and internal tools
• Designing and optimizing data pipelines and system integrations
• Operating scalable services on Google Cloud infrastructure
• Maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment environments
• Ensuring quality through testing, code reviews, and architectural best practices

This is not a ticket-based role. You will receive direction on outcomes and business goals, then architect and deliver solutions with significant autonomy.

What We're Looking For

Technical Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Full-Stack Developer
• Strong proficiency with modern TypeScript and React
• Solid experience with SQL and data modeling
• Proven track record building and operating services in Google Cloud
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD workflows
• Ability to design APIs, integrations, and scalable architectures
• Fluent English (German or French is a plus)

Nice to have: HubSpot, n8n, BigQuery, Docker, Tailwind, ETL/data engineering, event-driven systems

Mindset and Experience:

• Startup or fast-paced environment experience strongly preferred
• Senior-level ownership mindset — you don't wait for detailed instructions
• Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and taking initiative
• Product and outcome-oriented thinking, not just feature delivery

• Stays current with modern development practices and tools, including AI-assisted development
