(Senior) Event & Operations Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential innovation hub organization in Frankfurt am Main that connects the startup ecosystem with established enterprises. Our client operates a dynamic coworking space and produces major industry events focused on digital transformation and emerging technologies.

We're seeking a (Senior) Event & Operations Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and deliver exceptional event experiences. This is a full-time position where you'll take ownership of both the operational foundation and the creative energy that makes a workspace truly memorable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute external and internal events in the coworking space from concept through post-event wrap-up
• Create positive event experiences by identifying stakeholder needs and proactively delivering solutions
• Oversee day-to-day coworking space operations and ensure consistent adherence to processes and standards
• Continuously develop and improve coworking space functionality and event management practices through strategic thinking
• Coordinate tasks within the team and foster a motivating, inclusive work environment
• Mentor and support junior team members, graduates, and interns

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Relevant professional experience and/or suitable degree providing technical foundation for the role
• In-depth expertise in event management and office management
• Strong willingness to learn with a hands-on, solution-oriented mentality
• Reliable, structured, and independent work style with ability to maintain overview of complex tasks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage confidently with stakeholders in both German and English
• Interest in mentoring junior colleagues

Preferred:

• Experience working in startup or coworking environments and familiarity with agile work cultures
• Interest in emerging trends, innovations, and new technologies
