Senior Displayperson – Trade Show Rentals

Derse is hiring a Senior Displayperson for our North Las Vegas headquarters, where you'll lead the design, assembly, and execution of high-impact trade show displays and experiential marketing environments for enterprise clients across the country.

About the Role

As a Senior Displayperson based in North Las Vegas, Clark County, you'll be a key technical leader in one of the most dynamic roles in the trade show rental and event marketing space. You'll oversee the complete lifecycle of display projects—from initial setup planning through on-site assembly, troubleshooting, and breakdown. This is hands-on, high-stakes work where your expertise directly drives client satisfaction and revenue.

What You'll Do

• Manage setup, assembly, and installation of complex trade show exhibits and rental displays at client venues
• Lead and coordinate technical teams to meet strict project timelines and quality standards
• Troubleshoot equipment, mechanical systems, and structural issues in real-time on-site
• Inspect materials and displays for safety, functionality, and compliance before client handoff
• Maintain inventory and care for company display equipment and rental assets
• Communicate directly with clients to understand specifications and deliver exceptional results
• Document project outcomes and provide feedback to improve future rentals and installations
