Oracle is seeking a Senior Critical Facilities Manager to lead essential support functions at our data center operations in Bismarck, Burleigh County. This is a full-time, on-site position overseeing the administrative and operational coordination that keeps our mission-critical infrastructure running with precision and compliance.

About the Role

As Senior Critical Facilities Manager, you will direct site-support operations that enable our data center teams to function efficiently and maintain audit compliance. You will manage the administrative backbone of facilities operations—from documentation and records to scheduling and process coordination—ensuring all teams work in an organized, disciplined manner.

• Oversee administrative and coordination processes for data center facilities operations
• Manage records retention, documentation systems, and compliance tracking
• Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation across site operations
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and operational procedures
• Lead communication and coordination between facilities, operations, and management teams
