Senior Creative Strategist – Social Ads / UGC (m/w/d)

Our talent team is representing a rapidly scaling e-commerce organization in Hamburg that has achieved exceptional growth across European markets. This confidential client operates in the footwear space and is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to develop high-performing social advertising content.

As a Senior Creative Strategist, you'll learn how performance-driven creative assets are conceptualized, tested, and optimized across major social platforms. You'll work alongside experienced marketing professionals to develop campaigns that generate measurable business results through data-informed creative strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop advertising concepts for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube platforms
• Analyze successful ad creative, emerging trends, and competitor campaigns
• Create new hooks, angles, and storytelling approaches for social ads
• Write creative briefings for content creators and UGC specialists
• Research target audiences, pain points, and purchase motivations
• Evaluate creative testing results in collaboration with the marketing team
• Contribute to development of new ad formats and campaign structures
• Support international marketing initiatives
• Monitor current social media trends and platform updates
• Collaborate closely with performance marketing, content, and brand teams

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Psychology, Business, or a comparable field
• Practical experience through internships, working student positions, personal projects, or social media activities (advantageous)
• Strong interest in advertising, social media, e-commerce, and consumer psychology
• Intuitive understanding of why certain content goes viral while other content is ignored
• Analytical thinking combined with strong creative instincts
• Comfortable working with numbers, data, and digital tools
• Fluent German and English language skills
• High willingness to learn and desire to take on responsibility quickly
• Structured and independent working style
• Motivated to learn extensively in a performance-oriented environment
