About the Role

As a Senior Coordinator for Patient Concierge Services, you'll serve as a key liaison between patients and our healthcare team. This role combines administrative excellence with genuine patient advocacy, ensuring every patient interaction reflects our commitment to accessible, supportive care.

What You'll Do

• Manage patient inquiries and appointment scheduling while maintaining detailed, accurate records
• Coordinate patient flow and communication between clinical staff and patient populations
• Assist with insurance verification, pre-authorization processes, and billing inquiries
• Follow up with patients before appointments, after procedures, and throughout their care journey
• Address patient concerns and escalate complex issues to appropriate leadership
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards in all patient interactions
• Support the broader care team by managing administrative coordination and documentation

Qualifications

• Proven experience in patient-facing administrative or care coordination roles (2+ years preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and standard office software
• Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, insurance processes, and HIPAA regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant healthcare coursework or certification a plus
