Your Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proper use of point-of-sale systems, equipment, and store technology
• Reinforce Brookshires customer service standards and company policies with clarity and consistency
• Assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback to support skill development
• Model professionalism and safety protocols in all areas of store operations
• Support department managers in identifying training needs and development opportunities
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation as required

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience with demonstrated success in a training or mentoring role
• Strong communication and teaching ability—comfortable explaining procedures clearly to diverse audiences
• Working knowledge of retail operations, point-of-sale systems, and inventory management
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to support store scheduling needs
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
