Senior Consultant, Technology Process Improvement & Optimization

This full-time role is based in one of our 4 locations, where you'll lead strategic initiatives to enhance technology processes, reduce inefficiencies, and deliver measurable value.

Position Summary

We're seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to identify opportunities for technology process improvement and optimization across our operations. You'll combine deep process expertise with technical acumen to design and implement solutions that enhance performance, reduce costs, and strengthen organizational capability. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives that transform how we deliver service to our clients and partners.

What You'll Do

• Analyze complex technology processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and optimization opportunities
• Develop and present recommendations for process improvement, supported by data analysis and best-practice benchmarking
• Lead cross-functional teams through improvement implementation, managing scope, timeline, and stakeholder alignment
• Design systems and controls to sustain improvements and embed efficiency into ongoing operations
• Document processes, solutions, and lessons learned to support knowledge transfer and continuous learning
• Consult with senior leadership and technical teams to translate business objectives into actionable improvement roadmaps

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operational consulting, or technology transformation roles
• Proven ability to diagnose complex process challenges and develop practical, data-driven solutions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, or continuous improvement methodologies
• Solid understanding of technology systems, integration points, and enterprise architecture concepts
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, information technology, or related field
