Senior Consultant Endpoint Management (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential IT consulting organization seeking a Senior Consultant for Endpoint Management to join their team in Garching bei München. In this role, you'll shape modern digital workplaces through intelligent endpoint management, automated processes, and a clear focus on efficiency, security, and user experience across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Microsoft Endpoint Management solutions including Intune, Windows 365, and Azure Virtual Desktop in modern workplace environments
• Analyze client requirements and develop tailored, cross-platform endpoint management concepts
• Execute rollouts and migrations, providing hands-on implementation support
• Automate client management processes and develop new PowerShell scripts
• Model business processes to drive efficiency improvements and serve as a strategic partner for clients
• Ensure security and compliance across managed endpoints using Microsoft Defender Suite and Conditional Access

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience with Windows clients, server operating systems, and modern client security
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Entra ID
• Strong PowerShell skills with genuine enthusiasm for automation and application packaging
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Defender Suite and Conditional Access policies
• Solution-oriented mindset with technical passion and ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
• Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken)
• Experience supporting major enterprise clients is valued
