Build the skills for this role
Prioritize partnership dealcraft, pipeline discipline, and clear written proposals. Strengthen UK market knowledge for demand/supply dynamics, stakeholder mapping, and commercial negotiation. No certification list was provided for this family, so focus on demonstrable closed partnerships and CRM hygiene rather than paid credentials.
Prepare a concise narrative of partnerships you originated, how you balanced demand vs supply interests, and how you unblocked legal or product constraints. Expect scenarios on prioritizing a UK partner list, structuring intro calls, and measuring partnership health post-signature. Have questions on territory scope, quota or targets, and how remote collaboration works with the ConnectAd team.
Strong fit if you have senior-level BD or partnership experience in advertising/tech marketplaces and can run a UK remote book with little day-to-day supervision. Weaker fit without multi-stakeholder deal history or comfort owning pipeline end to end.
