Senior Backend Developer (Python)

Responsibilities

• Build reusable libraries and frameworks using efficient, maintainable code
• Design and implement low-latency, high-performance applications
• Collaborate effectively with remote team members and stakeholders across technical and business functions
• Implement robust data protection and security systems
• Architect and manage data storage solutions

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of production experience building applications with Python and Django
• High proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience using PostgreSQL or similar databases
• Proven experience managing cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and related tooling
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes is a strong plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills
• Comfortable working within CET time zone (±3 hours)
• Strong adherence to best practices and coding conventions
