About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global corporate travel organization seeking a Senior Analyst for Sales Optimization. This remote position serves as a vital bridge between customer engagement teams, sales leadership, and cross-functional departments supporting new business development and client retention. You'll ensure seamless collaboration, data integrity, and consistent execution of sales strategies across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain the sales process framework, ensuring consistent application across all team members
• Coordinate with global, regional, and local sales teams to ensure timely and accurate data contributions
• Monitor CRM data quality and provide ongoing support to system users
• Review dashboards at individual, regional, and global levels, identifying compliance gaps in sales performance indicators
• Document and support all sales activities within the company CRM platform
• Produce comprehensive reports for in-country, regional, and global stakeholders
• Align CRM data with pricing analysis assumptions and financial proposals
• Build and maintain a library of internal and external stakeholders for live and virtual presentations

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in an administrative or sales operations role
• Proficiency with CRM applications (experience preferred)
• Strong computer skills across business software platforms
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
• Demonstrated project management capabilities
• Excellent communication skills: oral, written, and presentation in English
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively
• Travel or related industry experience is a plus but not required
