Amazon Marketing Content Manager

Overview

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization seeking an Amazon Marketing Content Manager based in Romania. Our client operates private-label brands on Amazon and needs a results-driven professional to own product content creation and optimization. Responsibilities

• Manage the full scope of Amazon visual content and product listing tasks
• Develop copy and visual content strategies to increase conversion rates
• Coordinate SEO text creation for products using Amazon keyword tools (Helium 10, Datadive, or similar)
• Conduct competitor listing analysis, design and execute A/B tests, and identify performance trends
• Create briefs and coordinate external contractors for new product listings (text and graphics)
• Maintain and improve existing product content on the platform (text and graphics)
• Coordinate video content creation for product pages
• Develop and optimize brand stores and enhanced brand content
• Monitor, analyze, and A/B test listing performance; take corrective action based on key metrics

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience with Amazon private-label in a marketing or sales role
• Deep understanding of Amazon FBA principles and marketplace operations
• Advanced English proficiency (fluent Ukrainian is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with SEO text optimization and tools like Helium 10 or equivalents
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated with strong ownership mentality for deliverables and outcomes
• Strong analytical and project-management capabilities
• Experience working with creative teams and managing content workflows
