Scaffold Builder Foreman – Austin Industrial – Eastover, SC

Austin Careers seeks an experienced Scaffold Builder Foreman to lead industrial construction teams at our Eastover, South Carolina facility. This is a full-time position for a skilled supervisor ready to oversee scaffolding operations on complex industrial projects.

About the Role

As a Scaffold Builder Foreman with Austin Careers, you'll supervise scaffolding construction and installation across demanding industrial sites. In this leadership role, you'll manage crew coordination, ensure safety compliance, and maintain the highest standards of workmanship on every project.

What You'll Do

• Direct scaffolding crew members in the setup, assembly, and dismantling of temporary structures on industrial jobsites
• Oversee safety protocols, equipment inspections, and adherence to industry regulations and company standards
• Coordinate with project managers and general contractors to meet schedule and quality requirements
• Conduct tool talks, training, and performance evaluations for crew members under your supervision
• Maintain jobsite documentation, including progress reports and safety records
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and adapt scaffolding designs to project-specific conditions

What We're Looking For

• Proven foreman or lead supervisor experience in scaffolding, construction, or related industrial trades
• Deep working knowledge of scaffolding systems, OSHA regulations, and fall protection standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse crews
• Ability to read blueprints, interpret specifications, and work from engineering drawings
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
• Commitment to safety and a demonstrated track record of injury-free operations
