About the Role
As a Supply Chain Planning Manager at EY, you'll partner with enterprise clients to design and implement advanced planning solutions within the SAP ecosystem. You'll translate complex supply chain challenges into strategic roadmaps, oversee solution delivery, and mentor junior consultants through client engagements.
What You'll Do
- Lead SAP IBP and PPDS implementation projects, from requirements gathering through go-live and optimization
- Advise clients on demand planning, supply planning, and production scheduling strategies aligned with their business goals
- Conduct gap analyses and design integrated planning processes that reduce costs and improve forecast accuracy
- Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication across multi-functional client teams
- Develop training materials and transfer knowledge to ensure sustainable client adoption and continuous improvement
- Stay current with SAP supply chain innovations and emerging best practices in the industry
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP supply chain planning modules (IBP, PPDS, or equivalent)
- Proven track record managing end-to-end consulting engagements with enterprise clients
- Strong understanding of demand planning, supply chain optimization, and integrated business planning concepts
- Excellent communication and client management skills; ability to influence stakeholders across all levels
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or related field
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client work
