SAP Sales Director Germany (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential SAP consulting organization in their search for an experienced sales leader based in Heidelberg, Germany. In this role, you will:

• Proactively develop leads, opportunities, and pipelines to achieve agreed targets for revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction
• Manage all opportunities and proposals for assigned accounts, including accurate forecasting and pipeline management
• Provide technical and commercial consulting to clients regarding SAP solutions and innovative applications within the SAP ecosystem
• Serve as a strategic discussion partner for clients and drive project acquisition with existing accounts
• Continuously expand market share in the region through close collaboration with SAP AG
• Participate in business negotiations, product presentations, trade show appearances, and client workshops

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed technical degree or equivalent qualification
• Multiple years of professional experience in SAP sales, particularly in SAP S/4HANA and Digital Supply Chain domains
• High IT affinity with strong interest in innovations and developments in the SAP landscape
• Clear understanding of current and future market trends in enterprise technology
• Independent working style with a hands-on mentality
• Professional demeanor with strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
• Willingness to travel as required
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Proficiency with Office applications (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems
