What You'll Do
- Lead full-lifecycle SAP Production Planning implementations, from initial assessment and solution design through go-live and sustained optimization
- Partner with manufacturing clients to develop production planning strategies that leverage Digital Manufacturing Cloud and S/4HANA capabilities
- Direct consulting teams through large-scale engagements, ensuring delivery quality, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes
- Diagnose current-state manufacturing processes and design scalable Digital Manufacturing Cloud solutions tailored to client operations
- Build client expertise through structured knowledge transfer and capability development programs
- Create business case analyses and transformation roadmaps for production planning and supply chain modernization initiatives
- Collaborate across EY's SAP and manufacturing practices to innovate and scale solutions for enterprise clients
What We're Looking For
- Established consulting background with demonstrated success delivering SAP Production Planning projects for mid-to-large manufacturing organizations
- Expert-level knowledge of Digital Manufacturing Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, and integrated production planning workflows
- Proven experience managing complex consulting engagements and building executive-level client relationships
- Leadership capability directing and mentoring senior-level consulting teams on enterprise initiatives
- Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing operations, demand and supply planning, and supply chain optimization
- Strong communication skills for presenting strategies to both technical and C-suite audiences
- Strategic and analytical mindset paired with practical execution focus and results orientation
