Legal Program Manager

Amazon is hiring a Legal Program Manager to join our team in Huntington, Orange County. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll help coordinate legal compliance and strategic initiatives across our operations.

About the Role

As a Legal Program Manager, you'll be the bridge between our legal department and broader business operations. You'll manage programs that keep Amazon running smoothly within complex regulatory environments, ensuring our teams have the legal frameworks and guidance they need to operate confidently and compliantly.

What You'll Do

• Develop and oversee legal compliance programs aligned with regulatory requirements and Amazon's standards
• Coordinate with legal counsel, operations teams, and stakeholders to identify program priorities and timelines
• Track legal requirements, deadlines, and milestones to ensure on-time execution and delivery
• Create and maintain program documentation, processes, and communication materials
• Monitor program performance, assess risk, and recommend improvements
• Support training, onboarding, and change management initiatives for legal and operational teams
• Analyze legal and regulatory developments and determine operational impact

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in legal operations, compliance, program management, or related field
• Strong understanding of legal concepts and regulatory compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Clear communicator who can translate legal concepts for non-legal audiences
• Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with legal platforms, databases, or process management tools (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
