We are representing a confidential financial technology organization seeking an SAP FPSL Consultant - Banking to join their team in Colombia. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Colombia, with occasional travel for team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Advise on and support financial and performance management processes across banking operations
• Manage sub-projects independently, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction
• Lead requirements analysis, solution design, and implementation using both agile and traditional project methodologies
• Drive innovative solutions in Financial Products Subledger (FPSL) with S/4HANA implementations
• Explore and implement integration possibilities for S/4HANA Cloud solutions in banking environments
• Provide expert guidance on FPSL topics to clients and internal teams
• Support cross-SAP integration and optimization initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or performance management within SAP project environments
• Hands-on experience with Financial Products Subledger (FPSL) with S/4HANA, specifically in banking sector implementations
• Knowledge of integration approaches for S/4HANA Cloud solutions
• Strong understanding of banking business processes and SAP solution design
• Quick learner with enthusiasm for exploring new technical domains
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Strong initiative and collaborative team approach
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Colombia for team meetings
