Business Development Manager, Executive Search – Stakeholder Management

We are representing a confidential recruiting firm seeking a Business Development Manager to strengthen stakeholder engagement and sales operations across their executive search practice. This fully remote position is based in South Africa and focuses on building client relationships, managing pipelines, and ensuring seamless coordination between business development and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals and pricing recommendations aligned to client goals and risk profiles
• Map target accounts and create multi-threaded stakeholder engagement plans
• Lead sales cadence, pipeline reviews, and prioritisation across key accounts
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure quality handovers and ongoing account health
• Run discovery calls to understand hiring needs, decision criteria, and timelines
• Maintain CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline across all opportunities
• Manage confidential information with sound judgement and discretion

What We're Looking For

• Experience leading sales cadence and coaching pipeline management practices
• Proven B2B sales or account management experience, ideally in services-led or solution sales environments
• Ability to run structured discovery, qualify opportunities, and build clear proposals
• Strong CRM discipline and forecasting capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in professional services contexts
• High attention to detail with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations
• Comfort working remotely with disciplined time management
• Based in South Africa with legal right to work

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: ZAR 750,000 - 980,000 annually
