Salesforce Administrator (all genders)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing technology company in Munich that is building its commercial operations around a sophisticated Salesforce environment. This is a high-ownership role for an experienced Salesforce Administrator who thrives on autonomy and enjoys solving complex, cross-functional challenges in a modern, AI-enabled workplace.

Our client needs someone who can own their entire CRM platform and surrounding sales operations tooling—not just maintain it, but continuously evolve it to support a non-standard data model and rapidly changing go-to-market motion. This is a builder role, not a ticket queue.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce as the commercial system of record, including health monitoring, architecture decisions, and ongoing evolution
• Manage and optimize the broader sales operations tool landscape and integrations with third-party platforms
• Drive architecture improvements to ensure pipeline data accuracy and trustworthiness
• Build and deploy no-code/low-code solutions using Flows and other Salesforce features to solve recurring operational challenges
• Execute cross-functional changes spanning Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance teams
• Leverage AI tools in daily administration tasks including validation rule drafting, duplicate auditing, and quality assurance
• Provide technical mentoring to junior team members on Salesforce and systems topics
• Create clear documentation and change communications that drive user adoption

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally in a fast-paced commercial or Revenue Operations environment
• Proven ability to independently run and improve a CRM platform and its surrounding ecosystem with minimal direction
• Deep expertise in no-code/low-code Salesforce configuration, flows, third-party apps, and tool integrations
• Strong data quality mindset with the ability to diagnose root causes of data integrity issues and implement systematic fixes
• Excellent cross-team problem-solving skills and stakeholder communication abilities
• Builder mentality with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Comfort working with AI-first approaches to administration tasks
• Salesforce certifications and experience with other go-to-market tools strongly preferred
• Fluency in English required; German language skills are a plus
• Authorization to work in Germany

Pay
