What This Role Involves

As a Sales Executive with Delivery Hero, you'll be instrumental in expanding our presence across the Ibadan market and surrounding regions. You'll develop and execute sales strategies that connect restaurants, delivery partners, and customers to our platform, working towards ambitious growth targets whilst building lasting business relationships that strengthen our market position in Nigeria.

Core Duties

• Identify and approach potential restaurant partners and delivery partners to onboard them onto the Delivery Hero platform
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their business needs
• Develop tailored sales proposals and negotiate partnership terms that deliver mutual value
• Track and report on sales pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue performance against set targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, and customer support to deliver excellent partner experiences
• Participate in industry events and networking activities to raise brand awareness and identify new business opportunities

Who We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience, ideally within food delivery, logistics, e-commerce, or technology sectors
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust quickly
• Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple relationships and timelines simultaneously
• Familiarity with Ibadan's business landscape and market dynamics, with an established local network or demonstrated ability to build one
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
