- Respond to maintenance requests from residents with efficiency and professionalism
- Document all work completed and maintain accurate maintenance records
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure homes meet company standards
- Follow safety protocols and use tools and equipment correctly on every job
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician II or similar role in residential property maintenance
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general appliance repair
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to urgent maintenance needs
