About the Role

This position involves operating modern tractor‑trailer equipment to transport freight across regional routes. Drivers enjoy a no‑touch freight model, meaning they are not required to load or unload cargo, allowing them to focus on safe, timely delivery.

What You'll Do

• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle in compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Perform pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections to ensure equipment roadworthiness
• Maintain accurate logs of hours of service, mileage, and fuel consumption using approved electronic logging devices
• Plan routes efficiently, adjust for weather or traffic conditions, and communicate updates to dispatch
• Secure cargo properly and verify documentation before departure and upon arrival
• Participate in ongoing safety meetings and training programs to uphold Hogan Transports’ safety culture
• Report any mechanical issues or incidents promptly to the maintenance team

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A) with a clean driving record
• Minimum of six months to one year of verifiable over‑the‑road experience (experienced drivers qualify for the sign‑on bonus)
• Ability to pass DOT physical exam and drug screening
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalism
• Good communication skills and comfort using electronic logging and navigation tools
• Flexibility to spend nights away from home as required by assigned routes
