About the Role

As Sales Director for Oracle Communications Applications, you will own sales strategy and execution across the BSS/OSS/CRM/CPQ portfolio. You'll lead a team focused on delivering market-leading solutions that help communications service providers and enterprises accelerate digital transformation and business growth. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales expertise, requiring you to manage complex B2B sales cycles, build customer relationships, and drive revenue targets.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market growth objectives
• Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team dedicated to BSS/OSS/CRM/CPQ solutions
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise and communications service provider accounts
• Oversee complex sales cycles and guide deal progression through negotiation and close
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to position Oracle solutions effectively
• Drive pipeline development, sales forecasting, and quarterly performance reviews
• Represent Oracle at industry conferences and key customer strategy sessions

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales leadership experience in enterprise software, telecommunications, or communications solutions
• Deep expertise in BSS, OSS, CRM, and CPQ systems and communications industry applications
• Demonstrated track record building and scaling high-performing sales organizations
