Group Exercise Manager

This full-time position offers the opportunity to shape the fitness experience for hundreds of members while managing a dedicated team of group exercise instructors.

About the Role

As Group Exercise Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of our group exercise programming, from scheduling and instructor development to payroll management and member engagement. Reporting to the Regional Group Exercise Manager or Director of Small Group Training & Group Exercise, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining a vibrant, diverse class schedule that serves our members' evolving fitness needs.

What You'll Do

• Develop and oversee schedules for live and virtual group exercise classes across Club4 Fitness locations
• Manage instructor payroll, timekeeping, and scheduling coordination
• Mentor and guide group exercise instructors to maintain quality standards and ensure member satisfaction
• Oversee Les Mills programming to ensure consistent, professional instruction
• Track class attendance and member feedback to continuously improve program offerings
• Work closely with club management on strategic fitness programming decisions

What We're Looking For

• Current certification in at least one Les Mills program
• Practical experience teaching Les Mills group exercise classes
• Comprehensive knowledge of Les Mills program portfolio
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop fitness instructors
• Proficiency in payroll administration or similar management tasks
• Passion for fitness and helping members achieve their health goals
• Full-time commitment with flexibility for club operating hours, including evenings and weekends
