About the Role

As a Front Desk Associate at Club4 Fitness in Semmes, you'll serve as the first point of contact for members, prospective members, and guests every time they walk through the door. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll keep the front desk running smoothly while delivering the kind of welcoming experience that keeps members coming back.

What You'll Do

• Welcome every member, visitor, and prospective member with a positive, professional attitude
• Respond to membership inquiries and provide accurate information about Club4 Fitness offerings
• Manage front desk operations including check-ins, phone calls, and member account updates
• Support membership sales by guiding prospects through joining options
• Handle point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate records
• Keep the front desk and lobby area clean, organized, and presentable
• Follow opening and closing procedures as directed by the General Manager
• Resolve member concerns promptly and escalate issues when appropriate

What We're Looking For

• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enthusiasm for customer service
• Clear, professional communication — in person and by phone
• Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced fitness environment
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning club management software
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic
• Prior experience in a customer-facing or fitness industry role is a plus, but not required
