About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of The Children's PLACE, working directly with customers to create positive shopping experiences. You'll partner with our Store Leadership Team to drive sales, maintain store standards, and build customer loyalty. This seasonal role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and takes pride in helping families find quality children's clothing and essentials.

What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and product knowledge, helping customers find the right items for their needs
• Apply appropriate selling techniques to achieve individual and store sales goals
• Maintain company standards for merchandise presentation, store cleanliness, and overall appearance
• Support the Store Leadership Team in executing company goals and initiatives
• Process transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries with professionalism
• Assist with inventory management and stock organization
• Model company values and maintain a positive attitude toward team members and customers

What We're Looking For

• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiasm for helping customers and a commitment to excellent service
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Flexibility with scheduling for a seasonal position
• Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register
