About the Role
As the EHS Manager based in Hinesville, Liberty County, you will build and lead the safety culture across the project site. This full-time, on-site position centers on designing, launching, and managing programs that create a safe, healthy, and regulation-ready work environment for everyone on the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, roll out, and maintain comprehensive environmental, health, and safety programs.
- Direct all EHS initiatives across the Ft. Stewart project site.
- Confirm ongoing adherence to applicable federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
- Identify hazards and drive efforts that lower workplace risk.
- Champion a strong, proactive safety culture among staff and leadership.
- Monitor program performance and recommend improvements to standards and practices.
Qualifications
- Proven background managing EHS, compliance, or workplace safety programs.
- Working knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and reporting obligations.
- Ability to assess risk, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to influence a positive safety culture.
- Willingness to work on-site full-time in Hinesville, Liberty County, Georgia (Ft. Stewart).
