About the Role

As a Sales Associate at The Children's PLACE, you're the backbone of our store operations. You'll partner with the Store Leadership Team to maintain company standards, engage customers with genuine product knowledge, and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience. This seasonal part-time role lets you apply your communication skills in a dynamic retail setting while supporting our team's daily initiatives and sales objectives.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers with friendly, knowledgeable service
• Use effective selling techniques to help shoppers find the right products for their needs
• Operate the point-of-sale system to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain merchandise displays and keep store spaces clean and organized
• Communicate with teammates to coordinate shifts and support store operations
• Help the Store Leadership Team execute company goals and meet sales targets
• Support inventory management and ensure products are properly stocked and presented
