Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate environmental, health, and safety initiatives across multiple Amazon facilities in the Lubbock area.
• Build and sustain a proactive safety culture by coaching leaders, associates, and frontline teams.
• Monitor compliance with applicable safety regulations and Amazon's internal standards, driving corrective actions where gaps appear.
• Analyze incident data and safety metrics to identify trends and put preventive measures in place.
• Collaborate with operations and cross-functional partners to integrate safe practices into daily workflows.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing workplace health and safety programs, ideally across more than one site.
• Working knowledge of EHS regulations, compliance frameworks, and risk-reduction practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of influencing teams toward safer behavior.
• Ability to interpret safety data and translate findings into practical, on-the-ground improvements.
• Willingness to work on-site in Lubbock, Lubbock County (this is not a remote position).
